‘R’ Sierra Valley Picnic (“RSVP”)
Background: On Friday, February 16, Ginger Gramm (Sierra Farmstead), Helen Roberti, Linda Blum (Plumas Audubon Society), and Susan Payne (Feather River Land Trust and Sierra Farmstead) met to discuss working together to host a free, public celebration of the wonders of Sierra Valley on the afternoon and evening of Saturday, May 26, 2007.
Mission: To provide an opportunity for the public to see and learn about the human and natural resources of Sierra Valley, and to become acquainted with our organizations.
Locations: FRLT’s Maddalena Ranch, with corrals at “Worm Corner” the main gathering point; Last Chance Lake and other site(s) on Roberti Ranch.
